My husband and I would highly recommend Carrie McCormick to all of our family, friends, and anyone who is house hunting. From the very first conversation with Carrie, she had our backs! It was Super Bowl Sunday, but that didn?t stop Carrie. She ran around the city searching for the perfect condo. We needed to find a place for our daughter, as she was between apartments and living in a hotel then an air B and B. At the time, we were in Florida, we live in Chicago, so Carrie took videos and FaceTimed us. We made an offer during Super Bowl and Carrie was on it, negotiating through half time and through the end of the game. The offer was accepted! She then worked with our attorney, handled the walk through and went above and beyond. She turned what was a very tight time crunch, only two weeks, and a very stressful time in our lives, into a beautiful experience! We are so lucky we found Carrie and grateful to have had her orchestrate from the search, to offer and through closing. We can?t thank her enough! We are truly thrilled with our new condo! We couldn?t have done it without Carrie McCormick!
